After the hustle and bustle of Christmas, I hope we all took time out to remember the reason for the season.
Jesus Christ was born and Praise God for it!!! This past month was a very busy time for all of us. The XFactor had something planned every weekend to help the community.

We participated in the Ooltewah Christmas parade again this year. We handed out over 1,500 bottles of water with a message from our church attached inviting everyone to worship with us.

We also sponsored 7 kids this year for Christmas! Way to go X-Factor!!! The second weekend was our annual Breakfast with Santa. Congrats to Don Hagaman for winning the IPAD II!

Thank you to all who sponsored silent auction items and who supported the X-Factor. The money raised is to help with our trip to Remnant Generation in January.

The weekend before Christmas we helped with the Santa Train. To see the kids who are less fortunate and their parent's faces is priceless. Thanks for all who supported and helped!

As mentioned above.... Remnant Generation is a conference we are attending in Gattlingburg January 13 to 15th. Please keep our youth in prayer. During this time we are going to be doing a 21 day Daniel Fast. The Fast starts on January 8th through January 29th. If you are interested in joining us and have questions please see Larry. Our youth did a fast last year and they came closer to the Lord. Isaiah 58:6-9 (NLT) "No, this is the kind of fasting I want: Free those who are wrongly imprisoned; lighten the burden of those who work for you. Let the oppressed go free, and remove the chains that bind people. Share your food with the hungry, and give shelter to the homeless. Give clothes to those who need them, and do not hide from relatives who need your help. Then your salvation will come like the dawn, and your wounds will quickly heal. Your godliness will lead you forward, and the glory of the LORD will protect you from behind. Then when you call, the LORD will answer. Yes, I am here,' he will quickly reply.

2012 is here...remember our youth and church in prayers daily! God Bless You All!!
